ABOUT ALHARES
ALHARES Company for Security and Safety Services was established in Tripoli, Libya, in 2017 during the tenure of the Government of National Accord - GNA (the former Libyan government officially recognised by the UN).
ALHARES is legally registered as a local private security and safety provider at the Tripoli Chamber of Commerce and is duly licensed by the Ministry of Economy to provide security and safety services. For each mission (either permanent / long-term or ad-hoc / short-term), the company receives written authorisation for each assignment from the Facilities Security Administration (FSA).
Therefore, the company holds all valid security licenses and necessary authorizations to carry out security services throughout the country.
This unique capacity among local security providers is due to ALHARES' respect for neutrality and impartiality principles, a strong local network among security authorities, and full compliance with Libyan law.
Since 2017, ALHARES has been deploying a team of international experts in the field without any interruption. This staff is in charge of keeping ALHARES' performance up to international standards in the security industry.
ALHARES has been entrusted by many diplomatic entities, international organisations, and private groups to deliver security services across the country, as evidenced by past performances.
The most representative contract showcasing ALHARES' performance is that of the French Embassy. The company has been securing the embassy compound in Janzour and the Ambassador Residence in downtown Tripoli since 2018. It is also permanently in charge of escorting French diplomatic staff.
